General FAQs

What’s the difference between MILBOK Double Milk and regular milk?

MILBOK’s unique condensation process gently reduces water from 2 L of premium milk to 1 L of richer, creamier milk with higher levels of protein, fat, and nutrients compared to standard milk. It's like regular milk, but better in every way.

Why does MILBOK’s high protein and fat content matter?

Higher protein is essential for creating stable, long-lasting microfoam and enables smooth latte art. More fat enhances the texture and taste, adding creaminess and fullness to every sip.

How should MILBOK be stored?

Unopened: up to 6 months at room temperature (max 25°C).
Opened: refrigerate and use within 3 days (depending on local food safety guidelines).

Is MILBOK only for coffee?

No, MILBOK is perfect for all-year-round hot and cold recipes, not just coffee, but also matcha, cocoa, tea, chai, smoothies, and even cooking and baking. Or simply drink it straight from the glass.

Where is MILBOK produced?

MILBOK is produced in the Czech Republic for the European markets, using high-quality local milk and bespoke technology. For the Asian markets, MILBOK is produced at several dedicated sites across Asia to serve the region efficiently and locally.

How do you steam MILBOK?

Thanks to its higher protein content, MILBOK steams more easily and achieves a beautiful, stable micro-foam. The ideal steam temperature for MILBOK is 55°C.
